Sweet Knee is a mom and pop company and we take pride in personal customer service and attention. For all questions and inquiries, contact Kristy through our contact form, by email at customerservice@sweetknee.com, or by phone 843.267.2922. Papa Sweet, Brent, will occasionally answer questions about shipping or orders, but most of the time you'll hear from Kristy herself.
Many of your questions can be answered through our FAQ, and we update this information based on your most frequent requests.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion. We will ship your order within 24-48 hours with the exception of major holidays.
All purchases are shipped out of North Myrtle Beach, SC and should arrive to US addresses within 6 business days depending on where you are located.

Security
We use Secure Sockets Layer technology to protect all your sensitive ordering information (credit card number, phone numbers, etc.). All information is transferred in encrypted format and we do not share your information with others.
If security is of concern to you, we will of course take your order by phone. Call 843.267.2922 Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm EST.
Return/Exchange
Email us at customerservice@sweetknee.com with any questions or concerns with your order and we will promptly respond to make everything "Sweet" for you. Please include your name, order date and order number in your email. We will instruct you in the process for returning an item.
Because of the nature of personal care products, we are not able to accept returns on opened products. Unopened products can be returned within 15 days minus USPS/UPS carrier charges, which may be greater than flat rates. We will of course refund cost of shipping when the return is a result of an error by Sweet Knee.
Wholesale returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.
